1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ContractVerfAi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Not Legal Advice
IMPORTANT: ContractVerfAi provides AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. Our service does NOT constitute legal advice. The analysis should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified attorney. Always consult a licensed legal professional for advice specific to your situation.
3. Service Description
ContractVerfAi uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT, used together to independently cross-verify each analysis) to analyze contract documents. The service provides summaries, identifies potential issues, and gives general explanations. Due to the limitations of AI technology, the analysis may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. We make no guarantees about the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of the analysis.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Document Storage and Deletion
Documents uploaded to ContractVerfAi are stored securely in AWS S3. Original documents are automatically deleted after 90 days. Analysis results are retained for your reference. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@contractverifai.com.
6. Subscription and Credits
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use ContractVerfAi to: analyze documents you do not have the right to share; attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems; use the service for any illegal purpose; attempt to scrape or extract data at scale.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTRACTVERIF.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts.
